A THOUGHT ABOUT TRAVELING

Many of my clients get derailed by travel. It's easier to stay in a routine when we are home and in our own familiar environment. When our surroundings and schedules change it can make eating healthy and exercising more of a challenge.

But let me ask you a question.

What do you BRING WITH YOU when you travel?

Of course, you bring the things that are most IMPORTANT. You pack your phone, your charger, your bathing suit, your favorite pair of jeans and comfortable walking shoes.

So if your health, fitness and fat loss goals are important to you,

WHY WOULD YOU LEAVE THEM AT HOME WHEN YOU TRAVEL?

Next time you pack for a trip I encourage you to pack your health habits right alongside your cell phone and your favorite jeans. It might take some creativity to execute healthy habits on the go but traveling healthy is completely doable!

DON'T LET GO OF THE THINGS THAT ARE IMPORTANT TO YOU JUST BECAUSE YOUR ENVIRONMENT CHANGES.

I WAS ON THE WHAT NOW PODCAST

I thoroughly enjoyed being interviewed by Mary Alice Hatch on the What Now Podcast. She was an incredibly gracious host and asked meaningful questions about my favorite health topics. I LOVED every minute of our conversation. Give it a listen and let me know what you think!

This year I've committed to doing supplements right. I'm currently taking Omega 3, Zinc, D3, C and a handful of others. You can access my updated Fullscript Dispensary HERE to peruse my favorites. Once you sign up with your email you can login and navigate to the "favorites" tab and see my recommendations. Oh, and by the way...your purchase puts a few pennies in my pocket. Reach out if you have questions.
